Updated references for assignment 4

Dear students,
thanks to your help we found a bug in the Lightwave reference for Assignment 4 which caused the bounding_volume test to fail even if your implementation was correct.
In order to ensure you are working with correct reference renders you should pull the upstream again and merge it into your repository.
