Feedback for Draft Slides and Paper Presentations Final Dates

Hello everyone,
The deadline for submission of the draft slides has now passed. I have sent an email to each master’s student with the paper they were assigned to review and the corresponding slides for feedback.
If you are a master’s student and did not receive an email, if I forgot to attach the slides, or if there is a mismatch between the slides and the paper assigned to you in the email, please let me know.
You have until next Sunday, 24 May, to submit your feedback. You can follow the instructions provided in the slides from our last meeting, which are now posted on CMS. Please submit your feedback through CMS.
Next week, after the feedback deadline, the feedback will be forwarded to each student. Bachelor’s students will also receive feedback from us instead of from other students.
Regarding the presentations, we have finalized the dates:
Thursday, 11 June — 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00 (8 hours)
Tuesday, 16 June — 13:00–18:00 (5 hours)
Thursday, 18 June — 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 (7 hours)
This corresponds to approximately one hour per presentation slot. Master’s students have a maximum of 45 minutes for their presentation, while bachelor’s students have a maximum of 30 minutes. There will be 15 minutes for questions and discussion after each presentation.
Since bachelor’s students give shorter presentations, we might finish earlier on some days. However, to be safe, please make arrangements so that you are available during the full scheduled time slots. Attendance at all presentations is mandatory for all students.
