Assignment 5 - missing tests 13 & 14

Dear students,

there was an problem with the automatic test pipeline were tests 13 and 14 where not showing up and everything was checked green.
Actually the test 12 failed and were not able to report their failure.

I've adjusted the test pipeline so it now gives back an correct failure state.

If you already worked on the assignment sheet, please push an update to the see the new and correct pipeline state.

Be aware that the correct pipeline state can take up to 15 minutes until it appears after the start of the pipeline.

Please read the first page of the assignment sheet carefully.

Please be aware that assignment 5 will be graded independently from the other assignments.

If you are part of the new study regulations (8 CP), you need at least 25 points in assignment 5 to be permitted to the exam.

If you are part of the old study regulation (5 CP), you do not need to do this assignment sheet.
Students of the old study regulation should already see 25/50 points for assignment 5 in the CMS.

If you think something is wrong or if you are a non-bioinformatician student who wants to do 5 instead of 8 CP, please contact:
