Reproducible methods in metagenomics

all master students should have received an e-mail with the submission that you should review until the 27.06. The review should address both the presentation slides and the report and help the other student to improve his work.

we will create the reviews for the bachelor students also before the 27.06.

Dear all,

please use the option to update your already created submission.
Please do not create a new submission for each update! There is a maximum number of submissions in the system and everyone should be able to create one.
At the end, we have to pick one of your submissions for the review process.

Dear all,

we created an easy chair conference for the seminar. The link is provided in the Materials section.
You must submit your report (and slides, as one pdf) there until the 11.06..
If you have any questions or problems during the submission process, feel free to post questions in the forum. Since you can already create a submission and update it as many times as you like (before the deadline), make sure that everything works before the deadline is over.
